This reminds me of the early days of the net one of my BE sites is always down. You'd think I was running a cron every minute. Time to move on.

they really are bad at the moment. I have at least several sites go down every day with them...would love to move on, but the thought of transferring all my sites is really tiresome. I wish it was easy to do.

It's not that hard is it. Go to Cpanel create full backup of files and database, get a new host, create a new domain account, go to cpanel and upload your site, then change the DNS settings.

Ok takes a little while if you've got loads of sites but how long do spend on checking them everyday ?
But I do know what you mean - it is hassle you could do without.

There's only one fair place to gamble online - zero house edge. Better odds than a real casino.

There is no "at the moment" about it. That behavior is the SEO-Host standard operating procedure.

Do yourself a favor and move your sites. The challenge of moving to a new hosting company is still easier, less painful and less aggravating than sticking with SEO-Host. Been there, done that.

Hopefully, sooner rather than later, enough word will get out there that everyone will stop using them and if they are, move their sites off. There's been multiple instances where my links weren't showing up in Spyglass due to the sites being hosted on seo-host. The downtime their servers experience is something like 10%, WAY too much for a "seo hosting" company. In all cases, once the sites were moved off seo-host, couple days later, they started top trickle into Spyglass. You have to wonder if they will ever make the necessary improvements.

Moving to another seo hosting company can simply be left in the new company's hands. Most companies will offer a free migration from any other cPanel based host.

Transfers are not a hassle at all these days, most of the hosts can do these for free now a days and without any downtime. Most of the time you wont even notice it and you'll only need to update nameservers.

Has anybody experienced Skynet Hosting? I'm looking to diversify my hosting, so far I've been with Leapswitch and aseohosting and they are good, but I want to diversify...

You've made a smart decision. Nevermind the fact that they are a part of HostGator, their business practices wouldn't be considered ethical by most people. Stay away from those guys.
