I have many keyworddomains and microniche sites.
It seemed easy for me because i can use the links of my high PR network many times.

The problem is the footprint that i have sites that are linking to several moneysites that are on the same IP. For example: random PR4 site links to 4 moneysites on the same IP.
    This is a mayor footprint.

Now i´m thinking about moving my moneysites all to seo hosting for avoiding this footprint. Its lots of work and additional hosting fees.

Do You think it´s worth to take this costs in order to avoid this footprint?

I'm not a big fan of SEO hosting. The downtime I experienced was outrageous!

Well, if a site makes only 100$ a month 4$ hosting instead of 2$ make a difference.
For 100 sites, it´s 200$ i can save each month.

Instead of an expensive SEO hosting package you could try multiple shared hosting accounts.

I found a good deal recently, 40 dedicated IPs for $40... It was a promotion tho, the usual price is $79.90.
    Very happy with that deal.

I understand this, err wait a sec no I dont. If you run the risk of getting your $100 earnings taken to 0 x12 months =
-$1200 for the extra cost of $24 a year then I think the only logical thing to do is pay the $2 or find another way to save but still protect your domains. When you have 100 sites making 10k a month total the last thing you should be looking to do is risk them all or any to save 300$ a year. I think the last place you want to skimp when you have a profitable business (even 100$ a month) is on hosting stuff that could drag down the whole operation by making your traffic vanish. You could save yourself right out of business.
